MvC3 Advanced: Chun Li Infinite
Chun Li's stomp infinite involves getting to the upper-most boundary of any stage after at least 1 Aerial Exchange and repeatedly performing her stomp attack (d+M).
You can use any 2nd character but the infinite will only work if you have 2 characters remaining or the 3rd is in a state preventing them from being tagged in. It works because the minimum level of hit stun inflicted by any move, is greater after an air tag. If you maneuver Chun-Li to the top of the stage without an air tag, the opponent will always flip out after around 50 stomps.
Although this is obviously escapable, making the aerial exchanges safe takes much of the risk away and, as demonstrated in the video, can lead to more damage, if the opponent does escape.
Main Combo transcript (using Chun li & C.Viper):
[Chun Li] st. S, sj. M-M-H, dj. M-H, tj. M-H xx
H-Hyakuretsukyaku, stomp x2, j. M-H xx
H-Hyakuretsukyaku, stomp x3, j.H xx H-Hyakuretsukyaku
*extend into H-Hyakuretsukyaku, Up aerial exchange
[C.Viper] j. M-M-H, dj. M-M-H, Up-aerial exchange
[Chun Li] j. M-H, dj. M-H, tj. M-H xx H-Hyakuretsukyaku,
stomp x2, j. M-H xx H-Hyakuretsukyaku, stomp x3,
j.H xx H-Hyakuretsukyaku, stomp xn.
If there were another 2 characters capable of both, climbing a stage and continuing a combo, it is theoretically possible that you could initiate the infinite with 3 characters (chun Li being the 3rd). In testing, however, I was unable to find any combination of characters able to reach the top of the stage.
Note: As there's no option to make the dummy escape aerial exchange combos. During the final 2 clips (@1:18+1:35), I had to pre-record and manually playback the escape inputs (that's what the extra button press' are)
